How do you create a password for another user

Hello admin, I created a user but I can’t create password for them. Because it’s risky since once created the user cañ login with out a password.

Dear Sula,

Password is set by the users themselves. Protection means not the password, but indicates the main company user who created it.

On the first login, the new user will have to set a password for himself.

Thanks PK… although some users may create weak passwords which may cause a security weakness.
