iOS OTP verification

OTP code doesn’t arrive on iOS devices, for help, I need to register driver urgently.

The SMS is for Guatemala, TIGO phone company, the phone is the 50250690013 and it was done to get the OTP message you want at 2 p.m

Kindly proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:

1. kill and restart the app
2. reinstall the app
3. make a new attempt to get an sms code

Also, to rule out any device issues, please:
-Power Cycle the device (turn it off and then turn it back on again) to reconnect to Carrier Network
-Free up memory by deleting old messages
-Make sure the device is in good cell coverage
-Make sure the device is not in roaming status or ported
-Check if sms traffic from other apps is delivered
-Alternatively, please swap the SIM to another phone to verify if the delivery issue is phone-related

Hello, thank you for the support, however again a driver does not receive the SMS invitation to register in the ONDE DRIVER APP - Compañia de telefonia TIGO - Numero +50237137285

I’ve checked SMS logs for the provided phone number and all SMS are in status delivered. Please, advise the driver to perform basic troubleshooting steps from my message here above.

If he receives any error when requesting SMS, please, let us know.

Phone numbers from all TIGO AND HALOTEL numbers of customers have this problem.from tanzania
