Starting June 1, 2026, Onde.Light is moving from free to a paid subscription plan.
For all Onde.Light partners, the subscription is $12 per month.
For partners on a limited pilot program (for example, those with extended access to the passenger apps), the subscription amount may differ. If this applies to your account, you’ve already received a separate email from us with the details.
The rest of how Onde.Light works stays the same:
- All your current tools: Driver app, Passenger web app, Operator panel, and Admin panel (My hub)
- No per-driver fees or commissions
- 1,000 free trips per month included; trips beyond 1,000 carry a 1.9% commission
What you need to do
Before June 1, top up your Onde.Light account balance with at least $12 in your admin panel (My hub). The subscription fee is deducted automatically from your balance every month — no need to remember to pay it manually.
