I’d like to be clarified on whether operator app which is meant for telephone orders made by customers is same as a dispatch panel?On top of that,is operator app functionality only accessible through My hub or admin panel?Is there no any mobile app for operator app tool to be downloaded on mobile phones?

Kindly note Operator app is indeed meant for customers who do not yet have an app and call the dispatch to order a taxi. Please, consult the posts on operator app for details

There is no mobile app for operator app. The orders can be placed by operators only who have been granted access.
