Passenger Web pagee

According to the email I just received. On Onde light you can take card payments. Im actually dissapoibted in the passenger side of things. ie no notifications… It says search with took mmme a while to realise it meant searching for driver Also Passenger fare is hard to see and not shown again. There is no receipt for the passenger.

Or how long the driver will be… No email for passenger either. Come On OndeLight

Credit card payments are not available within free Onde light solution.

There are notifications if push notifications are allowed for the app on your device. It can be checked in settings. Estimated trip cost is shown on the tariff card when choosing tariffs and on the “Confirm booking” button before placing an order. Receipts (trip summaries) are sent to the email specified in the profile after each trip.
Estimated time of the driver’s arrival is shown to the customer after a driver accepts an order.

That is actually incorrect. When booking the Price is shown on the book button, once pressed its not show again. Nowhere does it say confirm booking And as there is nowhere for the passenger to submit email they cannot get receipts. So i wonder what happens when the trip is or under booking distance?? Also the time of arrival is not shown to the customer. Onde Light User

And perhaps it should say SEARCHING instead of search…

Also Once you cancel a job or driver cancels you are not able to book another ride???

I was describing the functionality of a mobile application. If talking about Web app, push notifications, trip summaries, tariff details, driver’s ETA are not available for it. You can check all the specifics about Web app functionality and options here: Web App | Onde Help Center

Estimated trip cost is shown on Book button, indeed.

Kindly clarify what you mean here. If pick up address doesn’t fall into the drivers’ working radius, the order will be cancelled automatically due to no drivers found reason.

A user may place multiple orders simultaneously with the help of Web app. If an order is cancelled, users can still place new orders.
