Service types query

Hi I’m setting up service types but doesn’t seem to be showing all services on the customer web app. Any idea why?

Dear Customer,

Please make sure that:

  • service has cash/terminal payment method available
  • service is activated in the working zone of your company
  • pick up address is placed within your company’s operational area (working zone)
  • “Invisible for customers” option that is located in general service settings is unticked
