Hi I’m setting up service types but doesn’t seem to be showing all services on the customer web app. Any idea why?
Dear Customer,
Please make sure that:
- service has cash/terminal payment method available
- service is activated in the working zone of your company
- pick up address is placed within your company’s operational area (working zone)
- “Invisible for customers” option that is located in general service settings is unticked
