1.9% Fee Per Trip

I would like to know that the 1.9% fee will be billed as a trip occurs or there is a billing cycle for all trips above 1000 in a month?

Dear Khabazela,

First 1000 trips per month for Onde.light clients are free of charge. The charges start automatically within the billing period linked to Onde.light panel launch to production. All trips statistics is shown in Company billing. Order fee after 1000 orders per month is 1,9 %. The fee is calculated from the trip cost and is charged from the company balance automatically. Once your company balance drops below 0, you need to top it up to proceed working. Otherwise the company will be suspended.
